The main focus of the World Championships will be on the final two days, i.e. 21 and 22 July 2006. The final of the footbag net discipline will take place on 21 July. Two viewing stands will be set up beside the playing areas, which will leave plenty of room for promotional stands next to those providing footbag supplies and catering facilities for both players and spectators. The freestyle final will take place on Saturday, 22 July. An overall concept has been planned in cooperation with the Frankfurt-based Mousonturm arts centre. Demonstrations of other creative sports will take place from 1 to 10 p.m. in between the footbag finals.
The qualification rounds will be held during the first five days of the tournament on the grounds of the SC 1880 e.V. Frankfurt am Main sports club. Some of you may remember the place from the European Championships 2003. In case of rain the events will take place in the gyms of the Ernst-Reuter-School.
